We’ve built your bike rack to handle the ride—and we back it for the long haul. Every Stay Limitless rack comes with a 3-year warranty that covers you against manufacturing defects and product failure when used as intended.

What’s Covered

If something goes wrong due to a fault in materials or workmanship, we’ll take care of it.

Simple as that.

What’s Not Covered

Like all gear, our racks will show signs of life over time. So, this warranty doesn’t cover things like:

- Regular wear and tear (scratches, chipped paint, or a bit of surface rust)

- Damage from misuse, overloading, or incorrect installation

- Modifications or alterations

- Use for commercial or rental purposes
